How to Request Transcripts

Due to federal privacy laws, a written or form request with signature is required. Please note that e-mail and fax requests for transcripts are NOT accepted. A Skyline College transcript contains a student's entire academic history as well as degree conferral information.

All Skyline College transcripts issued from the Registrar's Office are official and contain the school's seal on each page of the document. A transcript will contain the following information:

  • Name and Social Security Number

  • Program, Degree, and Graduation Date

  • A complete listing of all courses (by term and date)

  • A listing of all grades (by course) as well as a term Grade Point Average and cumulative Grade Point Average

  • Number of credits per course, term, and cumulative

You can obtain the form by downloading the Transcript Request (word document).

Transcripts can also be obtained by submitting a written request that includes all the information listed in required information. Mail the transcript request form (Attention: Transcript Request) to:

Processing Fees

The fee for each transcript is $5.00 (non-refundable) per transcript requested. Duplicate diplomas or degrees are $20.00 (non-refundable) per copy. Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

  1. In person at the student window

  2. Check or money order mailed with the written request (no cash please)

  3. Credit card information provided on the request form.

Processing Time and Required Information

Please allow 3-5 business days for routine processing. The records of individuals who attended prior to 1990 may not be computerized and additional time should be allowed for creation of those records (up to 10 business days). Please allow 7 - 10 days for degrees/diplomas. If you have a special deadline, please indicate dates on your request. Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Your name, date of birth and social security number

  • Your dates of attendance at ECPI

  • The campus you attended

  • Your permanent address and a daytime phone number

  • The complete address to which the transcript is to be sent

  • Payment, or payment information (see FEES above)

Missing information may delay the processing of your request. Submit the request to the Skyline College campus you attended. Not doing so will delay the processing of your request.

Hold on Accounts

No transcript will be released if the student has a financial hold. Transcripts for work at other institutions, including high schools, become the property of Skyline College and will not be released to third parties. All requests for transcripts must be made in writing and include the student's signature. E-mail and fax requests for transcripts are not accepted.
